The Qolaba mobile app may request the following permissions from your device:

2.1 Camera and Photo Library Access

• Used to upload profile pictures, documents, and educational content

• Photos and camera are only accessed when you explicitly choose to upload them

• Camera access is optional and can be denied in your device settings

2.2 Storage Access (Read/Write)

• Used to save downloaded educational materials, PDFs, and documents

• Allows offline access to your learning content

• You can manage storage permissions in your device settings

2.3 Network Access

• Required for app functionality and content synchronization

• Used to connect to our servers for data retrieval and updates

2.4 Notifications (Android Boot Completed)

• Used for scheduled notifications about assignments, classes, and quizzes

• You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time

4.1 Storage Location

• Mobile app data is stored locally on your device for offline access

The platform can automatically redact common identifiers when users enable the "Mask PII" toggle, providing an additional layer of privacy protection.

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will email affected account owners within 24 hours.

5.3 Razorpay
